Links to third party sites
The BP&A web sites may provide links to third party websites for your convenience and information. If you access those links, you will leave the BP&A website(s). BP&A does not control those sites or their privacy practices, which may differ from BP&A's. We do not endorse or make any representations about third-party websites. The personal data you choose to give to unrelated third parties is not covered by the Bill Page Privacy Statement. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any company before submitting your personal information. 2) Information Collection
Personal information means any information that may be used to identify an individual, including, but not limited to, a first and last name, email address, a home, postal or other physical address, other contact information, title, occupation, industry, personal interests, and other information when needed to provide a service or product or carry out a transaction you have requested.
In addition to the information you provide, BP&A may also collect information during your visit to a BP&A website through our Automatic Data Collection Tools, which include Web beacons, cookies, embedded Web links, and other commonly used information-gathering tools. These tools collect certain standard information that your browser sends to our website such as your browser type and language, access times, and the address of the website from which you arrived at a BP&A website. They may also collect information about your Internet Protocol (IP) address, clickstream behavior (i.e. the pages you view, the links you click, and other actions you take in connection with BP&A websites) and product information. When you browse our website, you do so anonymously, unless you have previously registered with us. We do not automatically collect personal information, including your email address. As indicated above we may log your IP address (the Internet address of your computer) but we do not link your IP address to any personal information unless you have registered with us.
BP&A collects personal information when you register with BP&A for a BP&A product or service, when you use certain BP&A products or services, when you register to attend a seminar or participate in an online survey, when you ask to be included in an email or other mailing list, or when you submit an entry for our promotions, or when you submit your personal information to BP&A for any other reason. From time to time, BP&A receives personal information from business partners and vendors. BP&A only uses such information if it has been collected in accordance with acceptable privacy practices consistent with this Privacy Statement and applicable laws.
